In 2001, Lisa founded EnthusiAction Associates, a public speaking company specializing in motivational speaking, sales training and personal coaching. She’s been called the “Master Motivator” because her dynamic presentation style and extraordinary message propel her audiences to new levels of achievement and growth!
Besides traveling around the world speaking, Lisa was the Senior Sales Trainer for Olympic Health Management and Sterling Health Plans in Bellingham, Washington. She became Manager of National Direct Sales in 2005. Lisa was promoted to Vice-President of Agency Operations in 2010 and is currently the Manager of HR Operations with Windsor Health Group. Lisa is an accredited CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) and SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources).
As a result of her hard work and expertise, in 2001 Lisa was elected as the first female Kiwanis International Trustee in the 97 year history of Kiwanis. To this day, she’s still shaping the direction and future of the entire organization all over the world.
Lisa worked in the automobile industry for 13 years, doing everything from fleet management, finance, new & used car sales, and sales training. Her experience with major auto dealerships extends from Amarillo to East Texas. Lisa rose to a national level of the Toyota Sales Society. Combining sales, customer service excellence, product knowledge and presentation skills, Lisa ranked 3rd nationally with Toyota Motor Sales, USA!
As you’ve probably gathered by now, Lisa loves to travel and to meet people from all over the world. She’s been to more than 30 countries and visited all 50 US states before her 50th birthday!
Lisa and her husband of 11 years, Bill Davis (former radio personality and voice actor), live in Bellingham, Washington and enjoy spending time together with their two highly entertaining cats, Cooper and Greta.
